Our Story

Colahall was born from years of experience building audio products at many reputable companies in the industry. After witnessing the impact of our ever-connected digital ecosystem, it became clear: our digital ecosystem can only truly thrive if it’s built on open technologies. Just like in a natural ecosystem, a healthy digital ecosystem should remain free of gatekeepers. Therefore, we began the work to build the tools we always wished existed, one that respect the creators, the developers, the tinkerers and end-users.

The name "Colahall" (কোলাহল) meaning “noise” in Bengali, echos our roots. Because sound is where all things begin: a baby's first cry out of the womb, a whisper, a hum, a buzz, a spark. And from there, we build.
